To run a marathon (or even a half-marathon) is very possibly the most difficult physical challenge you will ever face in your life. But by the grace of God and consistent dedication to proper training, nutrition, and weekly goals...you will be able to do it!

I challenge you to rise above the mediocrity of everyday life and do the impossible!

This is a good thing. I remember partnering up with you about 18 mos. ago. I really didn't think it was possible to make running part of my life. Well, your guidance, patience, and motivation really got me past the hurdles of my own mind. Now, I'm running on my own, getting healthier by the day, don't smoke anymore, and am closer to God through it all. Thanks again, Dennis. I hope manypeople will accept the challenge-- I know the multiple benefits.
