Be careful out there this week as you do your 2 easy runs--there are lots of little ice pockets on the roads/sidewalks. Your proper form should help as it keeps you somewhat forward in your lean--but run consciously all the same--shorten your stride, slow down, and watch.
Remember also to set your intervals up to 10 minutes now (we'll stop at 12).
Our LONG RUN this week will be an easy 5-7 miles.
(and yes, El-Diablo comes into the picture)

Way to go runners - you're doing great.
Anybody besides me love to run in the dark? My glow in the dark vest illuminates me, & the streets are well-lit. I love it!
El Diablo, eh?
I think I have an unexpected trip I have to take this weekend....:)
Where I live there are no lit up streets...so it has never crossed my mind to run in the dark. I have run at dusk in the summertime though, and that is awesome.
El Diablo makes me gassy.
Five to Seven sounds beautiful. See you there peoples.
Hope you guys have a great run. Remember to descend El Diablo like a smooth flowing river, not like white water rapids. Your knees and feet will love you for it.
Running with Vinny in the jogger stroller brings a whole new meaning of "endurance running", for me anyways. I ran one of my short runs with him yesterday because he wanted to come along, and it was tough. Uphill really made me pant...bring on El Diablo :) j/k See you maƱana :)
